About MintMCP

MintMCP is building the infrastructure layer between AI agents and enterprise systems. Two-pizza team, backed by Coatue, Jeff Dean, Andrej Karpathy, and Scott Belsky. We're doubling this year.

The role

You'll be our founding GTM - selling MCP infrastructure to CISOs, IT leaders, CTOs, and heads of AI at companies ready for AI-native tooling. The pipeline exists. The question is: how do you 10x it?

GTM engineering. You sell, but you also build - outbound automation, agent-powered pipeline iteration, and the tools to move at a pace traditional sales orgs can't touch. You're technical enough to demo the product and speak credibly to engineering and security leaders. You have MCP tools and Claude at your side to do the work of an entire team.

How we work

Claude is your primary working environment. The main window open on your screen, all day. You use it to research accounts, draft outreach, build automations, and iterate on what's working. You don't wait for marketing to hand you content or ops to build your dashboards. You build what you need.

Roles are blurred here. Engineers care about design, marketers care about revenue, and you care about the customer's success - before and after the deal closes.

What we're looking for

• You go end to end. Prospecting to close to making sure the customer wins.
• You live in AI. It's how you get your work done.
• You're technical enough to demo infrastructure products and hold your own with CTOs.
• You have strong opinions on what works in sales and what's theater.
• You can write code and build automations. Or you'll learn with AI.
