MintMCP gives AI agents their own identities and permissions so enterprises can actually track what agents are doing. Two-pizza team, backed by Coatue, Jeff Dean, Andrej Karpathy, and Scott Belsky. We're doubling this year.

The role

You'll be our founding GTM - selling MCP infrastructure to CISOs, IT leaders, CTOs, and heads of AI at companies ready for AI-native tooling. We have a healthy inbound pipeline. The question is: how do you 10x it?

GTM engineering. You sell, but you also build - outbound automation, agent-powered pipeline generation, and the tools to move at a pace traditional sales orgs can't touch. You're technical enough to demo the product and speak credibly to engineering and security leaders. You have MCP tools and unlimited access to Claude at your side to do the work of an entire team.

How we work

Claude is your primary working environment. The main window open on your screen, all day. You use it to research accounts, draft outreach, build automations, and iterate on what's working. You don't wait for marketing to hand you leads or ops to build your dashboards. You build what you need.

Roles are blurred here. Engineers are speaking to customers, marketers care about revenue, and you care about how customers are deploying and using AI.

What we're looking for

• You go end to end. Prospecting to close to making sure the customer wins.
• You live in AI. It's how you get your work done. Bonus points if you're publishing to GitHub, using MCPs, or doing sales in the terminal.
• You're technical enough to demo infrastructure products and hold your own with CTOs and CISOs.
• You have strong opinions on what works in sales and what's theater.
• You thrive in ambiguity. This isn't a role with a defined account list and territory.
• You're open to travel to get in front of CISOs and heads of AI.
• You can write code and build automations. Or you'll learn with AI.
