Founding Engineer
Own features end to end across our gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. Backend and infra-leaning, full-stack when the product needs it, with a fleet of agents writing much of the code so your real job is judgment.
Founding Account Executive
Carry a full book selling to CTOs, CISOs, and Heads of AI. Work heavy inbound, build pipeline from zero, run discovery through procurement, and help build the early sales motion. Report to the CEO with a path to sales leadership.
Founding Marketer
Own how MintMCP grows across self-serve and sales-assisted motions. Set positioning for a technical buyer, run demand gen across SEO, AEO, paid, and content, and own the funnel numbers - orchestrating a fleet of agents instead of hiring a team.
